All measurements are in centimetres and refer to your body measurements, not those of the garment. The FR/EU, US and UK equivalents follow standard international conversions.

How to measure yourself

For an accurate measurement, use a soft measuring tape while standing upright, feet together, in front of a mirror. The tape should lie flat against your body, neither too tight nor too loose.

Bust — Measure around the fullest part, wearing an unpadded bra. The tape runs horizontally under the arms and around the back.
Waist — Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, just above the navel. Don't suck your stomach in, breathe normally.
Hips — Measure around the widest part of your hips, standing with your feet together. The tape runs horizontally across the buttocks.

Strong sculpting effect — Choose the size below. The shapewear hugs more closely and the second-skin effect is more pronounced.
Maximum everyday comfort — Choose the size above. The shapewear stays invisible under your outfits while offering total freedom of movement, ideal for long days.
Measurements between two columns — Go by your hip measurement first for knickers / shorts / panties, and by your bust measurement first for bodysuits.

Care to preserve the fit over time

All our shapewear pieces are made from a delicate seamless fabric that needs careful handling to keep its elasticity and support over time:

Hand wash at 30°C with a gentle detergent, no bleach or fabric softener
No tumble dryer, no ironing, no bleach
Dry flat in the shade to preserve the fabric's elasticity
Avoid wringing the piece to dry it — gently press it between two towels
