About your order

When will I receive my tracking number?
As soon as your order ships, usually within 24 to 48 working hours after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an automatic email with the number and a link to track your parcel.
I haven't received a tracking email, what should I do?
First check your spam or junk folder. If you still have nothing after 48 working hours, contact us at contact@elyashapewear.fr with your order number and we'll resend the information.
The tracking says my parcel is stuck, what should I do?
A parcel can appear stuck for 2 to 4 days with no update between two scans. This is normal during transit. If there's still no movement after 6 working days, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
As long as the order hasn't shipped, yes. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@elyashapewear.fr with your order number and the new address. Once shipped, the address can no longer be changed.
My parcel is marked "delivered" but I haven't received it?
First check with your neighbours, building caretaker or nearest pickup point. If you can't find it, contact us within 7 days with your order number — we'll open an investigation with the carrier to locate your parcel or arrange a reshipment.
